Nick Maggio arrived at my residence today promptly. He was very friendly and informative. He explained the job thoroughly, even though it was a small job. He offered a membership, which I chose not to take at this time. However, Nick thoroughly explained how the membership worked and some of its benefits. Nick completed the job quickly and brought me into the room to show the thermostat in working order and the heat now working. Dealing with Nick was a pleasure from start to finish. Great, friendly service.
Mike was fantastic! He was so friendly, polite, efficient, and thorough. Pricing was reasonable. The light installation went perfectly. As a side note, Mike covered his shoes with booties to keep the house clean and removed all of the packaging after installing the light. I appreciate all of these things and would highly recommend his service.
